It is through the digital that the transformation of all sectors of the economy and of many spheres of life is taking place. Launched as a sound policy in the late 2000s in the form of Industry 4.0 in Germany, today digitalization is an important and integral part of economic and infrastructure policies in most countries of the world. 

And today the issues of digital transformation are interpreted differently by various players. For some, this is the launch of primary tools for digitalization of business processes, for others, it is a change in the business model due to the total digitalization of markets. This applies not only to business, but also to the government, public institutions and, to a large extent, to all economic entities.
